The mission of the Sacred Heart University Management Department is to contribute to the development of mindful and innovative leaders for business and society.

We aim to educate the future generation of global leaders to be aware of and concerned about the impact they will have on the “triple bottom line”—people, profitability, and the planet. 

We do so by placing an emphasis on active and engaged learning, which we believe:
