Stefania M. Agliano, Ed.D., LMSW received her doctorate from Northeastern University researching the impact of identity on facilitator efficacy providing anti-trafficking and gender-based violence prevention education with adolescent males. Dr. Agliano received her graduate degree in Social Work from Fordham University and previously worked in child welfare services and child protection for over twenty-five years.

Dr. Agliano is co-founder of I AM Training and Consultation Group LLC and has been a contributing member of efforts to eradicate trafficking inclusive of the development of various training curriculum, training hundreds of child welfare staff, law enforcement officers, probation officers and community providers on the local and national level using an anti-oppression practice lens. Dr. Agliano has co-authored and facilitated national anti-racism and prevention programming aimed at educating participants on various child protection/welfare topics inclusive of sexual exploitation, addressing the needs of at-risk youth, gang prevention and incorporation of collaborative, integrated practices designed for children, adolescents, young adults and families.
