Dr. Ryu specializes in teaching Human Resource Management at both undergraduate and graduate levels at Sacred Heart University. His research focuses on the impact of human resource practices on employee perceptions and experiences, as well as the dynamic interplay between work and non-work domains. His work has been published in the Academy of Management Review and the Research Handbook on Gender and Negotiation. He also serves as a faculty advisor for the SHRM Student Chapter at Sacred Heart University.
