Randall D. Chase

Randy Chase is a Global Human Resources Leader with unique corporate, educational and military expertise driving organizational transformation and developing leadership talent. His teaching experience include teaching six different Sociology electives and the core Leadership course at the United States Military Academy (1985-88 and 1995-99), Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University (1999-2000 and 2016-present) and Social Problems at UNC-CH (1985). He has had extensive corporate experience as a senior Learning and Development professional with UBS AG and People’s United Bank. Currently he is President, Chase Performance Group, LLC focusing on Developing Leaders to Change Their World and Leveraging Talent to Drive Performance. He concentrates on Executive Coaching, Performance Coaching and Leadership Development Consulting.
