Dr. Sullivan graduated from Sacred Heart University with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2012 and Doctor of Physical in 2015. He went on to complete the Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency program at Sacred Heart University and the Orthopaedic Fellowship and Sports Rehabilitation program with Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Sullivan completed his Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2020 with a dissertation on the application of psychological theory and techniques in physical therapy practice. Dr. Sullivan has attained his Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) certifications and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). Dr. Sullivan holds various certifications related to orthopaedic and sports physical therapy, including Certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT), Certification in Dry Needling (Cert. DN), and Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), among other training and certifications.
