About the Endowed Scholarship
The Harold & Anne Miller Endowed Scholarship was established in 1994 by Harold and Anne Miller. This scholarship provides financial assistance to adult, part-time students with financial need.

"I have truly enjoyed getting my degree at Sacred Heart University. I feel that each and every class that I have taken has challenged me and added to who I am as a student and scholar. I believe that the accounting classes I have taken have given me a great foundation to go out into the professional world and succeed. My goal is to move on to my master's in accounting, then get a position at a top accounting firm, and then sit for the CPA exam.
I am so very grateful to you both for helping me in reaching my goal of graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Sacred Heart University. This is a very financially tough time for my family and I, and your scholarship has helped me very much. I believe that one of our goals in life is to give back to others and to be of service, in whatever capacity that we are able to, at all times. Thank you very much."

"What I love about being a member of the SHU community is the support that I have received. I also enjoy how all the staff is accommodating to ensure that they meet all of the students' needs. My ultimate goal is to become a parole officer. I enjoy working with people and making a difference in their lives no matter how small it may be. What I enjoy most outside of the classroom is volunteering.
