John Vazquez

John M. Vazquez, MBA ’93, is the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Real Estate for Wells Fargo, overseeing a vast 60+ million-square-foot portfolio, including 5,000 branches and a 600-member real estate team. He leads all aspects of corporate workplace and retail branch management, property operations, multi-billion-dollar project management services and portfolio strategy. 

With over 40 years of experience in corporate real estate, John has held leadership roles at Paramount Pictures/CBS, Verizon, MetLife, JPMorgan Chase and IBM. In addition to his real estate expertise, he has led procurement and supply chain organizations, managing over $60 billion in annual spend. 

A passionate advocate for continuous learning, transformation and community engagement, John is deeply involved in Sacred Heart University as Chairman of the Board of Trustees and actively supports youth and professional development programs, including Education Through Music, Special Olympics and CORENET (CT & Westchester Corporate Real Estate Network), where he serves as chairperson. 

John earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Manhattan College and an MBA from Sacred Heart University. A devoted sports enthusiast, he enjoys cheering for SHU Hockey programs and spending time at Sacred Heart University’s Great River Golf Club. 

He resides in Fairfield with his wife of 38 years, Dominica, and is a proud father to three daughters Nicole, Laura, and Jennifer—daughter-in-law Natalie and grandfather to Blakely.
