The mission of Student Accounts at Sacred Heart University is to provide courteous, quality billing and payment service while supporting the educational goals of Sacred Heart University through the implementation of policies and procedures in an effective and efficient manner.

Student Accounts In Office Billing Assistance*
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Student Accounts Phone Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 8:45 a.m. - Noon & 1:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- Friday: 8:45 a.m. - Noon
Cashiering/Payment Window*
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
*Cashiering window closes 30 minutes prior to office closure

To mail in a payment, make check payable to Sacred Heart University, include your student ID number and mail payment to:

Authorized Payer/User Policy
If you, as the student, wish for Student Accounts representatives to speak (in-person or by phone) with any party (i.e. parent(s)) on your behalf, Student Accounts will need your student authorization. Log in to your student account to add the other party as an authorized user/payer. There is no limit to the quantity of authorized users/payers. Access your student account for detailed authorized payer instructions.
