FCCPCC (Fairfield County Connecticut Postal Customer Council)

The FCCPCC, the Fairfield County Connecticut Postal Customer Council, strives to foster and maintain a close working relationship between mailers and the United States Postal Service.  The group shares information about new and existing Postal Service products, programs, regulations, and procedures.  They facilitate the interchange of ideas among mailers and Postal Service officials as well as helping members and their organizations grow and develop professionally through focused educational programs.  Finally, the group promotes cooperation and support between members and others who are dedicated to quality and efficiency in the mailing industry.

Sacred Heart University not only has a seat on the Executive Board of the FCPCC, but the University's Mail Center Director, Art Gerckens, is the Industry Co-Chair of the Executive Board.  Art was also recently appointed to a 3-year term on the National PCC Advisory Board.

The mission of ACUP has been the same for more than 50 years: to strengthen educational in-plant and mail operations by promoting and supporting learning opportunities, shared knowledge and collaboration.
