Duplicating Procedures
FAQ's
All requests for duplicating services need to be submitted through the Digital Storefront. Use your SHU credentials to log-in and follow the instructions.
Customers may either pick-up their completed jobs at the Duplicating Center located on the service level of West Campus or we will deliver completed jobs during our mail delivery route.
Exams are processed and handled by full-time staff members only. If exams are requested to be delivered, they will be shrink wrapped and delivered by full-time staff members. Exams may be retrieved at the West Campus by faculty or staff members. Student workers will not be allowed to pick-up exams.
The Duplicating Center at West Campus is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Books, magazines or copyright-protected material may only be duplicated with the written permission of the publisher.
