Why’d You Choose SHU?

I chose SHU because of their NCLEX pass rate and my ability to study abroad and do medical mission work, while still graduating in 4 years.

What do you do now? 

I am currently a registered nurse at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington DC. My specialties are in the surgical intensive care unit and perioperative services.

Advice to Underrepresented SHU Students

Get involved, put yourself into uncomfortable situations and apply for something even if you don't think you're ready. Sometimes others can see us in what we can't quite see in ourselves.
