Francesca Salvati, LMSW, serves as a Residence Hall Director at Sacred Heart University. She oversees a team of RSAs, leads health and safety efforts, and supports students through conduct, wellness and community-building initiatives. Previously, she trained in clinical settings at the Krasner Psychological Center and Putnam Hall Outpatient Psychiatry Center, as well as serving the community at Stony Brook University as a Resident Assistant. Francesca holds an MSW from Stony Brook and a BA in Psychology (minor in Counseling) from Queens College.
