Creating a Service Request in "MOP"

MOP is the Maintenance Organization Program of Facilities & Construction.

Scheduled events that have been approved in the R25 system and require the need of set-ups of tables, chairs, etc., require a MOP request, such requests should include date, location, amount of tables, amount of chairs and type of setup required. This needs to be entered at least a week in advance of the scheduled event to allow for proper planning and response.

  1. Visit the MOP website
  2. A dialog box will appear, log in your user name and password. This is your SHU credentials.
  3. A window will open to the form required to submit your request. Fill in all required fields.
  4. Select the submit on the bottom of the page. A confirmation email will then be sent to you regarding your request.
