All classes starting prior to 11 a.m. will be remote. Classes after 11 a.m. will be in person. Non-essential staff should work remote until 11 a.m. then report to campus as scheduled.
Candidates in the Ph.D. in Organization Development, Change & Effectiveness will:
- Develop and maintain an enhanced, reflective, and embodied use of self.
- Practice and support diversity, inclusivity, and equity across all settings and levels of systems at all times.
- Utilize systems thinking and flexibility to skillfully engage, intervene, facilitate, and support execution of successful practice within and across systems and organizations.
- Understand and apply relevant theories, concepts, and methods of organization development and change.
- Utilize existing and emerging tools and technologies for practice of organization development and change.
