Master’s in Digital Marketing (MSDM) Student Learning Outcomes

  • Be able to develop and execute a marketing plan, incorporating all elements of the marketing mix, segmentation and positioning strategies and other elements.
  • Have an understanding of the role of both digital and traditional media in marketing, and the intersection of online and offline strategies and tactics.
  • Be able to guide the development of a digital presence from a marketing point of view.
  • Be proficient in marketing analytics and quantitative evaluation of the marketing environment.
  • Have working knowledge of website design and development.

Starting the Master’s of Digital Marketing at SHU was my first foray into the field of digital marketing after transitioning from a different career. The program equipped me with the relevant tools and necessary skills to be confident and successful in my new career journey.
