Designed for certified teachers with a master’s degree, this Sixth-Year Degree in Special Education is an advanced professional degree that equips you with specialized skills to plan, deliver and assess instruction for students with high incidence exceptionalities. Graduates are eligible for the CT Cross Endorsement in Special Education (165) and are prepared to meet the growing demand for special education teachers. Courses are fully online, with clinical experiences scheduled during summer sessions to provide flexibility for working educators.
