Graduate Student Worker
This graduate student worker will support the Higher Education Mental Health Services Initiative by coordinating, implementing and overseeing Project Connect, a peer-led, evidence-based program that builds connection, community and targets loneliness and isolation on campus. This project is funded by the Connecticut Office of Higher Education.
- Part-time (10 hours per week)
- Compensation: stipend only ($17 per hour)
- Academic program preferred: psychology, counseling, social work, public health or related field

Responsibilities
- Promoting Project Connect through campus outreach and digital media
- Recruiting student facilitators and participants through population level and targeted marketing
- Coordination of facilitator training and ongoing scheduling for Project Connect groups
- Provide ongoing supervision for student facilitators
- Manage program evaluation
- Other mental health promotion duties may be assigned as the need arises
