Graduate Assistant for Virtual Global Immersion Project (VGIP) & Health Sciences

This Graduate Assistant will primarily support the Davis Grant VGIP project co-directors in the College of Health Professions and other HS faculty as determined with activities that support the project co-directors. This project is funded by the Davis Educational Foundation.

• Part-Time (10 hours/week)
• Compensation: $4,500 stipend

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Library/database research
• Data collection
• Data entry and management
• Report writing and documentation
• Coordination of various project activities
• Development of learning activities
• Provide teaching assistance or grading support at the undergraduate level when needed
• Assist with any special events or activities such as focus groups or training
• Other duties may be assigned as the need arises

Knowledge & Skills Needed

• Undergraduate degree
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Knowledge of various software packages
• Spanish speaking a plus
