Curriculum
The Encore Fellows program offers a dynamic and personalized learning experience for participants. The program begins with a series of required seminars, each lasting approximately 1.5 hours per week over four weeks. Additionally, participants can design their own academic journey by selecting university courses that align with their personal interests and goals. These additional classes, typically spanning 15 weeks, offer flexibility in both subject matter and time commitment, empowering fellows to tailor their experience to their passions and aspirations.
