In order to apply to the 093 certification program, the candidate must have at least two years of experience working under their 092 certificate and currently be an administrator. Examples of preferred positions include but are not limited to: Principal, District Level Curriculum Director, Special Education Director and Assistant Superintendent.

Application Requirements
- Graduate application
- Non-refundable application fee
- Official transcripts from all college-level coursework.
- Superintendent endorsement - candidates must have an endorsement from their current superintendent of schools, attesting to the candidate’s fitness for the program and superintendent’s willingness to allow the candidate to do internship work in another school system as well as their current system.
- A current résumé
- Copy of official 092 Certificate
