Jenny Adamchek Franzese, MA
Jenny Adamchek Franzese is a strategic human capital leader with a strong background in organizational development and talent strategy. As vice president, people & capability business partner at Mastercard, Franzese has worked to drive initiatives that enhance workforce performance, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Franzese’s work focuses on aligning people strategies with business goals to build resilient, high-performing teams and work environments.
Franzese holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in English, German language and literature, as well as a master’s degree in English literary theory from the University of Rhode Island. Her background reflects a diverse path that provides her with a comprehensive skill set.
Luciano Dolgetta, MBA
Luciano Dolgetta is a seasoned financial executive and global business leader with deep expertise across investment strategy, corporate finance, and risk analysis. As managing partner at Alchemy Capital Partners, Dolgetta brings a strategic lens shaped by decades of experience advising and leading complex organizations. His career spans senior leadership roles across major financial institutions, including Fitch Solutions, where he served as chief financial officer and integration executive, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was a director. Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in corporate finance and treasury with Fiat Finance and Europe S.p.A. (formerly Magneti Marelli S.p.A.).
In addition to his executive leadership, Dolgetta has contributed to the broader business and research community as a board member of the Sbarro Health Research Organization. Known for his ability to navigate dynamic global markets and drive strategic growth, he combines analytical rigor with forward-looking insights that make him a valued voice in corporate and advisory settings.
Stephen Dreyer, MBA
Stephen Dreyer is an accomplished finance and investment management professional with more than 25 years of experience spanning accounting, corporate finance, and operational leadership. Currently serving as finance controller for deep violet (DUV) lithography & applications at ASML, Dreyer has held multiple CFO roles across diverse industries, including construction, aerospace, and workforce development. His leadership is marked by a steady focus on financial discipline, strategic planning, and organizational performance.
An alumnus of Sacred Heart University, where he earned his bachelor’s in accounting and MBA, Dreyer pairs technical expertise with a practical, hands-on approach to financial management. His extensive background in partnership accounting and executive finance roles, across companies such as United Aero Group and Rockit Solutions, enables him to offer valuable insight into scaling businesses and navigating financial complexity.
Carl J. Fusco
Carl J. Fusco is a seasoned financial services executive with more than 40 years of experience in consumer finance, with particular expertise in marine lending and asset recovery. A 1969 graduate of Sacred Heart University, he co-founded First New England Financial Corporation, which grew to become one of the largest originators of yacht loans in the industry before being acquired by AmeriFirst Bank and later General Electric Capital Corporation, where he continued to serve as CEO and president of the subsidiary.
Over his career, Fusco has held senior leadership roles across a range of financial organizations, including serving as president and CEO of Yegen Associates, a national multiservice finance company. He later acquired National Liquidators, building it into a leading firm specializing in the remarketing and recovery of marine and recreational assets. An active contributor to the industry, Fusco has held leadership positions in several national marine associations and has been recognized for his contributions to the marine finance community. He has also served as a speaker and author on topics related to marine finance and continues to be involved in managing and investing in portfolios of nonperforming consumer loans.
Antonio Graziano, Ph.D.
Antonio Graziano, Ph.D., is a leader in regenerative medicine and biotechnology with a focus on stem cell applications in dentistry. He earned his degree in dentistry from the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” (formerly the Second University of Naples) in 2004 and a Ph.D. in biotechnology applied to dentistry in 2007, specializing in stem cells and bone regeneration. He is the founder and CEO of HBW srl, the company behind Rigenera Micrografting Technology, and holds three patents in the field.
Dr. Graziano has held academic appointments as an adjunct associate professor at Temple University and as a faculty member in the master’s program in periodontology at the University of Turin. He is an associate editor of leading scientific journals and has authored more than 60 publications in regenerative medicine. In addition to his clinical and research work, he leads regenerative medicine centers in Turin and Naples and serves as executive director of the Sbarro Health Research Organization Italia Foundation. His contributions have been recognized with multiple honors, including the S.H.R.O. Award for “Campanian Excellence in the Medical Field” and the Forbes CEO Italian award in health care.
Mike Marett
Mike Marett is an entrepreneur and innovator in health care technology and marketing, and the founder and CEO of Confideo. Under his leadership, Confideo has grown into a multidivision organization spanning immersive health care media, digital marketing strategy, and health-tech strategic investment support. Through these three divisions, he drives the development of cutting-edge solutions that enhance how health care stakeholders engage with content, products, and emerging technologies.
Prior to founding Confideo, Marett served as executive vice president at WorldOne, where he launched the company’s interactive division and led the acquisition of Sermo, the world’s largest physician-only online community. He also played a key role in expanding Kyp in North America, helping scale the company into a global engagement marketing leader. A recognized industry leader, Marett has received numerous honors, including being named to the PharmaVOICE100 and LifeSciVoice Top 100 Industry Leaders. He remains actively engaged as an adviser, mentor, and board member, supporting innovation across health care, media, and emerging technology sectors.
Grace Sousa, MBA
Grace Sousa is a dynamic marketing professional known for her data-driven approach and passion for building high-performing brands. As a brand specialist at Newell Brands, she leverages her expertise in digital advertising, performance marketing, and consumer insights to develop strategies that drive measurable results. Her ability to translate analytics into actionable marketing initiatives has made her an effective collaborator across cross-functional teams.
A graduate of Sacred Heart University with bachelor's degrees in marketing and economics, and an MBA, Sousa brings her experience as a Division I athlete and team captain to her work. She carries forward a strong sense of leadership, discipline, and teamwork—qualities that continue to shape her professional impact in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
Joseph Tacopina
Joseph Tacopina is a nationally recognized trial attorney and the founder and senior partner of the Manhattan-based law firm Tacopina Seigel & DeOreo. With extensive experience in criminal, civil, and securities litigation, he has built a reputation as one of the country’s leading criminal defense lawyers. Over the course of his career, he has tried more than 100 cases to verdict and secured significant outcomes in criminal and civil matters.
Tacopina began his legal career as a prosecutor in New York’s Kings County District Attorney’s Office before transitioning to private practice, where he developed a high-profile client base and a strong media presence. He is a frequent legal analyst across major national networks and has been recognized by publications including New York Magazine and The Hollywood Reporter. In addition to his legal work, he is known for advising on complex, high-visibility cases and representing prominent individuals across business, sports, and entertainment.
