The biology pre-fall program was an invaluable experience to me because you get to know the biology professors you’ll have for the next 4 years at SHU by doing various lab activities from all areas around the department and gain an understanding of college level science expectations. It’s a great way to meet people in your major, as I’m still in touch with many of the friends I made in pre-fall, and also a nice way to get settled into school before everyone else arrives/classes start. I would highly recommend participating in the biology pre-fall program to anyone who is able.
