Identification Cards
Students must carry their Student Identification Card at all times and must show it to campus officials or their designees upon request.
ID Office
The ID office is located at the Campus Concierge and is open:
- Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Student ID Card
All undergraduate and graduate students will need to put their Student Mobile ID on their phone.
As of May 2026, we are no longer issuing physical SHUcards to students. To request an exemption to receive a physical ID card, email your request to Campus Concierge at campusconcierge@sacredheart.edu.
Please include in the email:
- Your name
- The reason you are requesting a physical SHUcard
All requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. *Please note: students who need a physical badge for clinicals will be issued one (different from a SHUCard) by their clinical coordinator.
