College of Health Professions

SHU-WELL supports students in developing balanced and healthy lifestyles while navigating the academic and personal transition to college. This community emphasizes holistic wellness and helps students understand how physical, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental well-being contribute to long-term success in and out of the classroom. Through intentional reflection, experiential learning and community-building, students develop self-awareness, resilience and practical tools to manage stress, maintain balance and care for their overall well-being.
