Leadership: A Work of Heart LLC
First-Year Programs & Student Involvement
Leadership is more than a position—it is a practice rooted in purpose, values and connection. Leadership: A Work of Heart is designed for students who want to understand leadership as a value-driven practice grounded in self-awareness, integrity and service to others. This Living & Learning Community encourages students to view leadership not as a title, but as a way of showing up—with intention, accountability and care for the greater good. Students explore how their values, strengths and lived experiences shape their leadership approach and learn to recognize leadership opportunities in everyday moments and formal roles.
