Common Application & Transfer College Report Policy Update
Effective July 1, 2025, our office will no longer provide college reports, transfer reports or dean's certifications. When applying to other schools you will need to send your official transcript directly to those schools by following the directions to Request a Transcript.
The Sacred Heart University transcript contains the following information being requested, including where applicable:
- Transfer credits, AP or IB credits and study abroad credits
- Cumulative and term GPA
- Major (in progress)
- Major, minor
- Terms of enrollment
- Degrees earned and degree honors
- Academic dismissals
- Disciplinary Expulsions or Suspensions
As long as students do not have a suspension, dismissal or expulsion noted on their official transcript, they are eligible to return to Sacred Heart University.
If a university is requiring further disciplinary details, reach out to the Executive Director of Community Standards, Beth Anne Voight-Jause, at voight-jauseb@sacredheart.edu or 203-416-3420.
