Team Services

Sport-Specific Performance Field Testing

Our sport science team works with you to develop a customized sport specific protocol that can assess your team’s body composition, movement capabilities, acceleration, maximal speed, power, agility, endurance and sport-specific tasks. Our testing battery can be implemented either in our facility or on-site at your practice facility. Using our state-of-the-art equipment allows for improved accuracy of measurements. We provide individual player and team reports that highlight areas of strength, opportunities for improvement, injury risk and provides comparative benchmark data.

Comprehensive Athlete Monitoring Program (CAMP)

CAMP is a continuous athletic testing protocol designed to assess changes in athletic ability over time. By using a standard battery of tests consistently over time, we can determine how an athlete is adapting to training and competition. Through specific testing we can better inform sports coaches and strength coaches on how to develop training programs in the future and determine any changes that may be necessary for specific athletes. The testing battery consists of hydration testing, body composition, vertical jump testing, isometric mid-thigh pull testing and sport specific tests. Ideally, this testing battery is administered four or more times per year in order to assess an athletes response to training and competition. Typically, testing is performed before and after the competitive season during the off-season and before the pre-season begins.
