Web Training Sessions
In order to get access to the TerminalFour content management system to make edits to your department's website, you must first complete the TerminalFour Site Manager CMS and Accessibility Basics training.
TerminalFour Site Manager CMS Training
The web team has created a self-paced training module for the TerminalFour Site Manager CMS.
In this course, you will learn how to add or edit content, tables, links, images, photo galleries and videos and how to request user friendly aliases and online forms.
You can access the training in Dayforce. Log into Dayforce and click on the Learning icon.
Accessibility Training
There are four accessibility courses:
- Accessibility Basics
- Accessible PDF documents
- Accessible Excel documents
- Accessible PowerPoint documents
Everyone should take the Accessibility Basics course which includes: What is accessibility/WCAG 2.0, web accessibility and how to create accessible Word documents and emails.
If you regularly create Excel, PowerPoint or PDFs to post on the website, you should also complete the corresponding training modules to assist you with making that content accessible.
You can access the Accessibility Basics training in Dayforce. Log into Dayforce and click on the Learning icon.
