Sacred Heart University Photos

SHU uses PhotoShelter to store all photos captured by our campus photographer.

Internal Access

To ensure your department continues to have access to all photos, create a free account (ideally one per department). Once you have signed up, email Dan Passapera at passaperad@sacredheart.edu so you can be granted full access.

You are able to share gallery links with those who do not have a PhotoShelter account.

External Access

The public portal on PhotoShelter features a curated selection of images for outside users who may need quick access to photos with proper usage rights.

If you see a photo you'd like to use, email sitefeedback@sacredheart.edu the photo number and we can download it for you.

Photographic Consent & Release

If you take photos at an event and would like to post them on the website, the person(s) photographed must fill out SHU’s digital photographic consent & release form.
