Caitlin Kingston, MSW, LCSW

Caitlin Kingston lives in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters. She currently works in private practice and specializes in perinatal mental health. In her career as a social worker, she has worked in various agencies in the fields of substance use disorder treatment, in a hospital emergency department and inpatient unit setting and most recently in therapeutic foster care.

Research Interest

Preventing burnout amongst social workers who are new to the field and what the profession can do to ensure that social workers are providing enough support to newly graduated social workers. She also has a strong interest in teaching in higher education and is currently in the teaching fellowship program through the Ph.D. program.
