The MS in Healthcare Informatics has three start dates a year: fall, spring & late spring. Applications are currently being accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.
To apply for this degree you will need the following:
- Online Application
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- A cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or above
- Personal essay/statement: Describe at least one of your healthcare informatics related career goals and how a MS in Healthcare Informatics degree from Sacred Heart University would help you in achieving this goal?
- Two letters of recommendation
- A curriculum vitae or resume
- Non-native English language speakers must submit an English language proficiency examination, such as the TOEFL or IELTS.
- A minimum of two years of previous healthcare informatics or information technology experience
- Applicants without previous healthcare experience will need to complete additional prerequisite work
In total, 36 credits are required for the healthcare informatics master's degree program.
