Tammi Dockett-WilsonTammi Dockett-Wilson, a resident of North Little Rock, AR, is the owner of Children 1st Educational Consultant Firm, LLC, and is the Isabelle Farrington College of Education & Human Development graduate assistant, where she leads the Doctoral Students of Color Affinity Group and serves as a liaison for Cohorts 2, 3A and 3B. Some of her past work experiences include the roles of superintendent, assistant superintendent, school improvement specialist, academic dean, behavior specialist, national presenter, Center for Data-Driven Reform in Education consultant, principal, Title I facilitator, second grade teacher and music specialist. Tammi has received the Success For All President's Award and was named Cloverdale Elementary School's Teacher of the Year. She is known in the consulting world for meeting her clients where they are and moving them to success. Tammi believes, with all of her being, that all children and adults, regardless of their zip code, economic status, level of education, gender, religion and/or ethnicity, should be treated with respect and dignity. Her core belief centers around advocating for children, their parents and all mankind.

Tammi and her husband, David, enjoy fishing whenever time permits. In addition, Tammi is a Silver Star, indicating 37 years active membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
