Facts & Statistics

Criteria to Progress to the Master of Science in Organizational Development & Psychology

Students must meet program-specific guidelines to progress through the dual degree program and enroll in the organizational development & psychology program.

They include:

  • Successful completion of the bachelor’s degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Earn a grade of “B” or better in graduate-level courses taken in graduate swing courses
  • Submission of a statement of purpose
  • Recommended courses: an undergraduate research methods course and an undergraduate statistics course

This dual degree option is open to students in any undergraduate major, except for nursing and interdisciplinary studies.
