Graduate Ceremony Tickets

• Graduates will be receiving 4 electronic guest tickets for their ceremony
• Graduates will receive an email from Graduation Services on Friday, April 24 containing detailed instructions on how to access your tickets, how to transfer your tickets to your guests and parking details
• Graduates themselves do not need a ticket, tickets are only for those viewing the ceremony
• Tickets are general admission and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Children under the age of 3 will not require a ticket if sitting on someone's lap
• Parking information and details will be provided prior to the commencement ceremony

Undergraduate Ceremony Tickets

• Graduates will be receiving 7 guest tickets for their ceremony
• Graduates themselves do not need a ticket, tickets are only for those viewing the ceremony
• Tickets are general admission and seating is a first-come, first-served basis
• Children under the age of 3 will not require a ticket if sitting on someone's lap
• Parking information and details will be provided prior to the commencement ceremony

Ticket Pick Up

Tickets can be picked up with your cap, gown & marching card at the SHU Bookstore on April 21 & 22, 2026, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

If you are unable to pick up your commencement items yourself, a friend or family member may pick them up for you with a note from you granting them permission to pick up your items. Your note may be a hard copy or email (text messages will not be accepted) and should include your first and last name, student ID number and your friend’s first and last name. The person picking up should have a photo ID for themselves as well.
