Available Position
Club Sports Game Operations
Club Sports is seeking event staff, game operations work study students. This position is perfect for students with an interest in sports, hospitality, and sport management majors. The event staff are expected to show punctuality, reliability, the ability to follow instructions, and pay attention to details. Students in this position will assist with game day management as well as the set-up and tear down of Club Sports athletic contests
Responsibilities
- Game day set-up/break-down
- Performing needed task during club sports games as dictated by each sport
- Escorting of referees to the playing surface before, during intermissions, and after games
- Preparation of the facility prior to the start of the contest including but not limited to the field setup and running the score boards
- Weekends availability required
- Customer service
- Other duties as needed

Esports Lounge Attendant
Oversee the Esports Lounge to ensure a clean and safe environment. Ensure that equipment is well maintained and handled properly and student behavior aligns with the Lounge rules.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming room
- Enforce all rules and policies
- Assist students with games and equipment

Videographer for Club Sports
This type of work will be hands on dealing with camera equipment and iPad technology. Will also will use YouTube as a platform for streaming. This position does not offer remote work.
Responsibilities
- Videoing club sports home games
- Uploading footage to club sports YouTube page
- Video editing encouraged but not needed

Athletic Training Administrative Assistant - Club Sports
The athletic training administrative assistant for club sports will help athletic training staff with student registration, website information updates, scheduling, and clinic maintenance. Professionalism in interaction with staff, students, and parents is necessary. The administrative assistant must maintain confidentiality of information and follow HIPPA regulations in regards to medical information.
Location
There will be remote work available to a limited number of student workers should classes go fully remote before the end of the semester.
Responsibilities
- Check students in and out for their clinic appointments
- Assist students with club sports registration
- Help maintain cleanliness and ensure policies and procedures are followed in clinic
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Video Coordinator - Club Football
The Video Coordinator for Sacred Heart University’s Club Football program is responsible for filming practices and games to support team development and performance review. This role ensures high-quality video capture from multiple angles, manages equipment setup and breakdown, and organizes game footage for coaches and players. The Video Coordinator also maintains an archive of recordings and assists with sharing highlights or clips for recruiting, training, and promotional purposes. This position is critical in helping the coaching staff analyze gameplay and improve team strategy.
Responsibilities
- Film all practices and games with consistent, high-quality footage from designated angles.
- Manage setup, operation, and breakdown of video equipment.
- Organize, label, and archive recordings for easy access by coaches and players.
- Provide clips and highlights to support game analysis, recruiting, and promotional needs.
