Career Ambassador
Career Ambassadors provide career information, resources, and support to fellow students from all academic programs. Through guidance and training from the Career & Professional Development staff, the Career Ambassadors will be responsible for general office administrative duties, but also provide peer support to students on career related topics. This includes reviewing resumes, assisting with the utilization of networking sites, onboarding students to Handshake, and promoting services throughout campus in an effort to increase awareness of the Center for Career & Professional Development.

Responsibilities
- Act as Career & Professional Development student liaisons throughout the University community
- Facilitate one-on-one student appointments/drop-ins, including resume reviews, networking support, and onboarding to Handshake
- Assist with career programming and students who have not yet declared a major
- Assist with educating students on career services, resources, and events through on campus promotions, social media & blog content, department event & information table support, and Undergraduate Admissions events & weekend office coverage as needed
- General administrative duties include, but are not limited to answering the office phone line, greeting/assisting students, employers, faculty/staff, and prospective families; and assisting Career & Professional Development staff with daily tasks
