Available Position

Office Assistant

This position will give a student hands-on experience working in an office. It is a great opportunity to see how an office functions while being able to participate in the daily needs of the department. This position is responsible for some general office duties as well as small projects using Excel and/or Word documents.

Responsibilities

  • Account reconciliations as needed
  • General clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Other office duties and projects as assigned

Expected Hours

We are open Monday-Friday from 8:30AM - 4:30PM. The hours can be flexible depending on class schedules but would require a commitment to a set schedule. If possible, 2-4 hours for 2-3 days per week would be preferred.

Job Requirements

Good working knowledge of Excel is required. Looking for Accounting, Finance, or Business major; sophomore year or above is preferred.
