Learning Technology Work Study Technician
This positions primary role is to support the print lab. Work-Study Technicians are also responsible for the check in and check out of audio visual equipment to staff, faculty and students along with the support of AV event request. The technician is also responsible for weekly classroom checks on all SHU campuses.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out of AV equipment
- Support AV events as requested
- Perform weekly classroom checks to ensure the functionality of classroom technology
- Maintaining and supporting printers and equipment in the student print lab
- Maintaining a clean and organized work and checkout storage area
- Other tasks as assigned
Location
This position does not offer remote work.
Expected Hours
5 hours per week

Audio Visual Events Technician

Responsibilities
- AV Setup and Execution: You will be responsible for setting up AV equipment for various university events, making sure everything runs without a hitch
- Equipment Management: You'll have the chance to work with and maintain AV gear, learning the ins and outs of specialized equipment that's crucial for successful events
- Efficient Event Support: We need your help to keep our AV resources organized and accessible, ensuring that event organizers have what they need to make their events a hit
- Other tasks as assigned
