Data Analyst

Responsible for building, maintaining and deploying reports, assist with preparing internal documents such as fact book and enrollment statistics as well as external reports and survey (e.g., US News, IPEDS, accreditation reports, etc.).

  • Part-Time (20 hours/week)
  • Compensation:
    • Tuition Waiver: $10,000
    • Stipend: $2,600

September 15, 2024 - June 30, 2025

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain operational and ad hoc reports in SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Assist with troubleshooting operational report issues
  • Assist in gathering requirements for report development as needed
  • Assist in preparing internal documents such as Fact Book and Enrollment Statistics as well as external reports and surveys such as IPEDS, US News, accreditation reports, etc.
  • Perform other duties related to those listed above

Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic understanding of data analytics and SQL
  • Computer Science, Business Analytics or other relevant programs
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality and security of data
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
