Family members must be enrolled simultaneously as full-time undergraduate students.
Work-Study Forms
For full-time undergraduate students who are eligible for work-study.
Program-Specific Financial Aid Applications
A program-specific financial aid application is required for the following student groups:
- Part-Time and AHEAD students
- Graduate students
- Second Degree Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing students
- Brewing Science Certificate students
- 8-week SHU Online students
To complete your application, log in to your SHUAwards account and navigate to the Documents & Messages section. You will need your 7-digit SHU student ID number to access your account.
Federal Forms
- Verification Forms
 Required for any student whose file was selected for verification by the Department of Education.
- Parent PLUS Loan Certification Form (Required for all students whose parent is taking out a Parent PLUS Loan)
- Graduate PLUS Loan Certification Form (Required for all students who are taking out a Graduate PLUS Loan)
- Direct Loan(s) Accept/Reduce/Decline Required for all students awarded a Federal Direct Loan.
- Direct Loan(s) Accept/Reduce/Decline your loans through SHU Awards under Menu > Accept Awards. You can formally accept/reduce/decline your Direct Loan(s) within SHU Awards.
 
Alternative Loan Certification
Required for students making use of alternative education loans.
