The Cybersecurity Advisory Board provides strategic direction and advice for the growth and excellence of the cybersecurity programs within the School of Computer Science & Engineering (SCSE) at the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology.

Membership

The Advisory Board consists of leaders, executives and domain experts from industry, academia and government organizations. Members serve on a three-year term, which is renewable.

Duties

The following duties have been assigned to the cybersecurity advisory board members.

  • Meet with the faculty each year to review curriculum and share expertise to improve teaching, research and community service in the field of cybersecurity.
  • Participate in cybersecurity-related events organized by the School of Computer Science & Engineering.
  • Facilitate networking for mentorship, internship and career opportunities for cybersecurity students.

The cybersecurity advisory board currently consists of nine members from industry, academic and government sectors.
