Apply for Funds
The purpose of the CHP Graduate Emergency Fund is to provide monetary support for graduate nursing students for small but essential necessities, such as cab fare to clinical or a needed book. The maximum amount of the award is $249.99. The process for requesting assistance and funding is designed to be timely and as uncomplicated as possible.
Procedure
- Complete the online CHP Graduate Emergency Fund application form below
- Submit an official statement from Student Accounts stating that you do not have an outstanding balance with the application and back-up documentation supporting the request
- You will be notified by email as to the status of the request
- Proof of use/purchase must be submitted to Linda Higgins at higginsl2@sacredheart.edu within 3 months and attached to application
