Cancellation
Cancellation must be made one week in advance and will be subject to a 20% service charge per registration. No refunds will be issued less than one week prior to the course. The full amount, if paid by credit card, check, or cash may be used for a credit to attend a future course. If payment was by voucher, that voucher may be redeemed as credit towards attending a future course. The voucher credit is valid for 1-year from the date of the original course or until the expiration date, whichever occurs first.

The Program in Physical Therapy at Sacred Heart University aims to provide the most current, clinically relevant, and accurate content to assist licensed healthcare practitioners with professional development and continuing education.
