Accounting Advisory Board
The Accounting Advisory provides advice and strategic direction for the Accounting and IS Department at the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology. The council will provide insights and feedback on the current and future direction of the profession and work with the faculty directly to become ambassadors of the college.
The Accounting Advisory Board consists of business leaders and alumni employed at Big Four accounting firms, regional firms, Fortune 500 companies and other business sectors. Members will serve three-year terms, which are renewable.

Duties of Members
- Meet with the faculty each year to review curriculum and share expertise with the Accounting Department Chair and faculty relative to academic initiatives and vision of the Accounting and IS department
- Participate in an annual event hosted by the Accounting & IS Department
- Facilitate networking opportunities for mentorship, internship and career opportunities for accounting students
