How can we find a special meaning within ourselves, our communities, careers and lives as a whole?

What is one favorite quote or idea of yours from any class you've taken in the foundational core?

The way literature can share other people’s perspectives in realistic ways. It inspired me to think about and write some literary works.

How do you hope your studies will help you make a positive impact in your community?

I hope to make a positive impact by contributing toward ecological projects in my hometown and beyond.

What are you most excited about for the future of the Pioneer Scholars?

I am most excited about our trip to Dingle, Ireland, and the opportunities to work and collaborate with others people who are part of the program!

Looking ahead, what kind of impact do you hope to have after graduation?

I hope to bring humanity closer to nature through connections and understanding. I want to inspire and support other people in my community through my work and help them build an emotional connection with nature in addition to a fundamental understanding of how important nature is.
