What is a big question that you think the liberal arts help us to explore?
How do the arts help humanity to express themselves within a certain community.
What is one favorite quote or idea of yours from any class you've taken in the foundational core?
“The eyes cannot see what the mind does not know.”
How do you hope your studies will help you make a positive impact in your community?
I hope my studies will affirm and solidify exemplary characteristics that are needed in my desired career as well as becoming a door of knowledge in my community voluntarily. An example of this could be teaching music theory to young aspiring musicians at a nonprofit.
What are you most excited about for the future of the Pioneer Scholars?
I am most excited for deepening my relationship with other pioneer scholars alongside the dean and other staff members.
Looking ahead, what kind of impact do you hope to have after graduation?
I would like to address mental health issues more in the community and offer time to nonprofit organizations that impact the lives of young people.
