What is the responsibility of human understanding and how do we approach the knowledge within the ever-changing world?

What is one favorite quote or idea of yours from any class you've taken in the foundational core?

My favorite idea is the question of whether doubt is a struggle or a privilege. Is it a struggle because we are unsure or a privilege that we are able to learn, believe and come to our own conclusion.

What are you most excited about for the future of the Pioneer Scholars?

I am most excited for the future of the Pioneer Scholars and the academic events we will learn from and that will prompt intellectual conversations with one another (and guests) that push past the limits of brief discussions about the Catholic Intellectual Tradition.
