SHU Fit


Due to work on the Service Level corridor, access to the SHU Fit facility will only be available through the stairs and elevators in “F” section (between Marketing & Communications and the School of Education) until further notice.

The newly renovated fitness center (SHU Fit) for faculty and staff, located on West Campus, opened in January 2018. Daniel Warzoha, SHU Fit supervisor, will be available for consultation and assistance during open hours.

Tuesday

  • 12:30PM - 1PM: Boot Camp
  • 5PM - 5:15PM: Hard Core

Wednesday

  • 7:15AM - 7:45AM: HABIT
  • 12:45PM - 1PM: Express Abs
  • 5PM - 5:30PM: Power Intervals

Thursday

  • 12:30PM - 1PM: Cardio Fusion

Classes will be limited to 8 participants. To claim a spot, grab a class ticket before the scheduled time by the office. All classes will offer structured workout routines with modifications to all exercises.

Wednesday Wellness Walks

Join us for a weekly Wellness Walk at West Campus led by SHU FIT. Walks begin at 12:45PM every Wednesday and last a half hour.

Meet at the West Campus Guest House entrance. In case of inclement weather, walks will take place indoors and will meet at the 1st floor dance studio.
