Summer 2016 Fitness Classes

Group Exercise Classes @SHU

All instructors are American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified to ensure proper exercise prescription to achieve your goals. Class sizes are purposefully small to allow for personal attention while enjoying a group exercise atmosphere. LSAC is a proud partner of the SHU Employee Wellness Program. Classes occur at the Oakview Campus as well as the Pitt Center. Classes are first come first serve, if interest is high we can add more classes for those who do not get in.  We will have to eliminate classes if there are not enough participants. Classes must be paid via Credit Card once we confirm your class registration. Current class offerings are:

  • Monday 5:15pm H.A.B.I.T. (Oakview Campus)
  • Monday 12pm H.A.B.I.T. (Pitt Center)
  • Tuesday 12pm Kettlebell (Oakview Campus)
  • Wednesday 5:15pm TRX (Oakview Campus)
  • Thursday 12pm TRX (Oakview Campus)
  • Thursday 5:15pm H.A.B.I.T (Oakview Campus)
  • Thursday 12pm H.A.B.I.T. (Pitt Center)
  • Friday 1pm H.A.B.I.T. (Oakview Campus)
