MOP Troubleshooting

1. The MOPS system works with Internet Explorer, NOT with Mozilla, or Firefox web browsers at this time.

  • Select the Start button in the lower left
  • Select Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer

2. Remove your link to the old MOPS site from your Favorites menu.

  • In your Internet Explorer select the Favorites tab
  • Scroll down to your link to the MOPS system
  • Right click on it
  • Select Delete

3. Clear your browser cache to take any old links out of your system.

  • In your Internet Explorer select the Tools tab
  • Select Internet Options (VIEW EXAMPLE)
  • Find Browsing History and select Delete
  • Choose Delete All and select Yes (VIEW EXAMPLE)

4. Go to the Campus Operations website first; DO NOT use your Favorites links

5. Type your Sacred Heart credentials with your normal Windows password
